Our spacious bedrooms are decorated with your comfort, rest, and relaxation in mind. With bold, colorful decor, custom furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout, our gorgeous townhouse will truly feel like a home away from home!
The comfortable beds are made up with high-quality 100% cotton linens and we have a range of different mattresses, from firm to plush. All of the nightstands offer touch lamps that offer USB charging ports for phones and other electronic devices. Custom dressers and walk-in closets ensure you’ve got plenty of space for all your belongings.
Stretch out and relax in the large primary bedroom, which features a very comfortable king-sized bed with a Zinus mattress and a plush mattress topper. There’s also a large flat-screen smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite TV shows in your own personal haven, as well as a ceiling fan to circulate cool air. The relaxing atmosphere of the bedroom is completed with a mid-century chair, which is the perfect spot for curling up with a good book and taking in the lovely Phoenix views. And if the need to work arises, you’ll find a beautiful full-sized desk in the corner of the room – perfect for concentrating in the comfort of your room.
Our second bedroom offers two comfortable queen-sized beds, custom dressers, and a walk-in closet and luggage rack for storing your things. With its stylish desert flower motif, this is a great room for quiet contemplation!
The third bedroom is tucked away in the loft and looks over the beautiful living space below. Offering a comfortable queen-sized bed, an armoire for your clothes, and modern artwork, it’s a great place to enjoy some quiet time for yourself. When you need privacy, simply pull the luxurious drapery across and enjoy the enclosed space. In the corner of the room, you’ll find a bistro-style table for two, which is a great spot to bask in the natural light and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or play cards with a companion.
You’ll find a comfortable sofa bed that opens up into a queen-sized bed and two fold-away beds to accommodate additional people. In total, you’ll have bed space (and linens!) for an additional four people.

Our beautiful home provides you with two modern full bathrooms and a half bath. We’ve carefully curated the spaces to be relaxing, and provide fresh towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to save you a little space in your luggage!
A full ensuite bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom. Sparkling clean and sophisticated, you’ll enjoy a generously-sized walk-in shower with beautiful stained glass windows and a wand shower head. The spacious single vanity has plenty of counter space for your toiletries.
A second full bathroom is on the second level and offers you a bathtub and shower combination, so you can enjoy a long soak in the tub or a quick, refreshing shower. The beautiful maple cabinetry and spacious single vanity complete the look and make this a soothing space to freshen up.
Downstairs, you’ll find a convenient half bathroom, kitted out with modern decor and a large mirror.

Our historic Central Avenue home perfectly marries vintage accents and modern necessities. With the help of a local craftspeople, we’ve refurbished the historic parquet floors and retro staircase to give the whole space a stylish, modern vibe. The look is completed by the high ceilings that allow an abundance of natural light to flood the space.
At the heart of our open-floor living space is a stunning mural that pays homage to Central Avenue and Murphy’s Bridle Path. You’ll also find historic photographs and museum-like discussion and information pieces that will give you some unique insights into the neighborhood.
The sophisticated lounge is a beautiful space to make memories with your friends and family. Comfortable furniture and nods to the 70s make this stylish space the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring beautiful Arizona. Pick your favorite spot on the couch and armchairs and enjoy your favorite programs on the 75" wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV. Help yourself to the games and puzzles provided for some old-fashioned fun. Thoughtful touches like mood lighting in the dramatic fireplace create a fantastic ambiance for evenings.
The living room space opens into the dining room, where you’ll find a large dining table for 8 people. Bathed in natural light flooding in through the sliding glass doors, this is a lovely spot for group meals.
The full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals for the whole group. The custom maple cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need, including spices, starter ingredients for baking, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap! A dishwasher makes cleaning up easy after a group meal so that you can spend more time enjoying your holiday.
Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a quaint cocktail bar, with a photo-worthy neon “Cocktails on Central” sign. It’s the perfect spot to shake up classic cocktails or invent your own concoction. In the cupboard, you’ll find all the glassware you’ll need to add some signature flair to your drinks.
If you’re more of a caffeine-lover, you’ll adore the complimentary coffee bar, which offers you the choice of a drip coffee maker or a Keurig coffee machine. We supply you with a variety of different coffees, as well as cream, sugar, and to-go cups, which are perfect for those days when time is of the essence. If you’re staying with us between May and September you’ll have access to the shared outdoor pool, so don’t forget your bathing suit! Grab your towel and take a few steps to the pool area, where you can take a refreshing dip or relax on the poolside loungers. There’s also another outdoor eating area here, so feel free to bring a picnic!
Our historic home is located in a great neighborhood, where you can comfortably walk, bike, or drive to the lovely local restaurants, farmer’s market, and shops. From here, you’re just minutes away from the famous oak-lined Murphy’s Bridle Path. We provide complimentary bikes for you to enjoy this lovely recreational path. Plus, you’re just a short drive away from Phoenix’s top attractions.
This is a small, quiet and close (figuratively and literally) community. Be aware of elderly residents, small children and pets when driving. Be courteous of neighbors and please keep noise down when outside, arriving, and exiting at all times. This is not a place for loud individuals or loud parties.

Please note that temporary parking for unloading or loading in front of the townhouse is strictly prohibited. The HOA is very stringent on these rules and will tow any vehicles parked illegally.

Neighborhood overviewCentral Avenue and the Murphy Bridle Path share in the history of the neighborhood. North Central Avenue has been a tree-lined street from the early days of providing an avenue for the Central Avenue Driving Club to today’s major arterial street from downtown Phoenix to the Sunnyslope area. Rows of Oak, Olive and Ash trees line both sides of its right-of-way with the Murphy Bridle Path on the east side of Central.
Development of the Central Avenue area began in 1895 when William J. Murphy platted the Orangewood subdivision. This two-square mile area bounded by what are now Northern Avenue and Bethany Home Road, between 7th Avenue and 7th Street was promoted as the Orangewood Residential Village. Murphy’s concept about Orangewood was to create a suburb of Phoenix “wherein might be established rural homes at an easy distance from the city.” He believed that the large lot size would attract upper income residents of Phoenix, wealthy outside investors and immigrants who would utilize the lots to build large estate homes surrounded by citrus groves.
