The comfortable beds in this property are separated into two separate units - one studio apartment and one two-bedroom apartment.
The studio apartment features a cushy queen-sized bed, and the two-bedroom apartment has one king room and one queen room with a designated workspace. Both units have a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate other guests. A total of ten guests can sleep comfortably at this property.

Each unit boasts its own full bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. You’ll also find fresh towels and a starter supply of essential toiletries in both bathrooms.

No matter which unit you’re sleeping in, you can prepare full meals thanks to the two modern kitchens. The studio kitchen is a bit smaller, but it’s stocked with all the essentials like stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and a complimentary coffee bar to start your mornings out right. There’s a small kitchen table in the studio’s kitchen, along with an outdoor dining table in the backyard.
The two-bedroom apartment’s kitchen is larger, with more space to prep and cook meals for the entire group. This kitchen also has its own coffee bar and table with seating for four, as well as seating for two at the island.

Each unit has a gorgeous, unique living room area, complete with comfy couches that can be converted to sleeping areas and large flat-screen Smart TVs. The large outdoor space is the centerpiece of the property. This is the perfect place to hang out as one large group and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunshine. There are numerous seating areas, both in the sunshine and in the shade. There’s also a massive gas grill for hosting fun BBQs and a wall-mounted Smart TV to catch the game as you grill- outdoor living at its best!
There’s ample space for yard games on the turf, whether it be a corn toss tournament or practicing your swing on the small putting course.
One of the coolest things about this property is the small air-conditioned building tucked away in the corner of the backyard. This private Zen Den can be used as a yoga studio, mediation room, massage chamber, or private office.
